Hook Farm Online Booking

Before making your booking please ensure you have read and understood the following booking conditions

  • WE DON’T ACCEPT GROUPS ON OUR SITE WHICH IS MORE THAN 4 ADULTS WHO KNOW EACH OTHER.
  • NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES OR SIGN WRITTEN VANS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PARK.
  • NO GAZEBOS OR EVENT SHELTERS.
  • WE CANNOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS FOR TOURING CARAVANS
  • ALL CAMPERVAN CONVERSIONS MUST MEET ALL DVLA REQUIREMENTS
  • WE CAN ONLY TAKE BOOKINGS FOR MOTORHOMES UP TO 6.85m IN SHIPPING LENGTH (INCLUDING BIKE RACKS)
  • PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR LATEST ARRIVAL TIMES.
  • THERE IS NO PARKING ON SITE BEFORE 1PM ON ARRIVAL DAY SO PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE THE 1PM CHECK IN TIME.
  • DEPARTURE TIME IS BY 10:30AM FOR CAMPING.

Opening Dates

Our park opens from mid-March to the end of October.

Arrival and Departure

From the opening date to 30th April and from 1st September to 31st October you are welcome to arrive anytime from 1.00pm to 6.00pm.

From 1st May to 25th May you are welcome to arrive from 1pm to 7pm.

From 25th May until 31st August, you are welcome to arrive from 1.00pm to 8.00pm.

For all dates arrival times for statics, bell tents and Shepherds hut is from 3pm with the same cut off time as for touring units.

Departure is by 10:30am for camping and 10am for static caravans, shepherd's huts and bell tents.

Bookings

Please book online using the panel on the side of this page being careful to request the correct touring type and size as this will be used by the system to allocate you a pitch and we will only be able to accept the details of the unit that you have entered.

  • Only one pitch can be booked online (max 4 adults per pitch)
  • Please call us if you would like to book 2 pitches.
  • We are a quiet campsite and do not accept groups. If it is apparent at the time of arrival that you are part of a group you will not be granted access to Hook Farm.
  • During the peak times we reserve several pitches for customers wishing to stay for longer stays.

Touring Bookings

  • Pitches are available for tents, campervans and motorhomes. Please state the type and size of the unit you are bringing.
  • Due to the nature and layout of our site we cannot accept motorhomes over 6.85 metres long or touring caravans.
  • We are unable to accept bookings for tents larger than 8 berths. Please ensure you book the correct pitch size for the size of tent you are bringing
  • Small Pitch. Takes 1 or 2 person tents
  • Medium Pitch. Takes 3 or 4 person tents
  • Large Pitch. Up to 6 berth tents
  • Super Large Pitch. Up to 8 berth tents
  • A smaller tent can be booked on a larger pitch to give yourself more space but a smaller pitch cannot take a larger tent.
  • Electricity is supplied to over half of our pitches and is included in the cost of our serviced pitches. The supply is rated at 10 amps and is only suitable for camping rated items, lights and phone chargers which means any domestic rated items such as heaters, kettles, cookers and slow cookers will trip the fuse.
  • Only one tent can be erected on each pitch
  • We do not allow event shelters or gazebos to be erected on site
  • Only one motorised vehicle is permitted per pitch and as we have limited additional on-site parking any additional vehicle will need to be requested at the time of booking.
  • We do not have parking available for visitors at any time.

Price

  • The price is for up to 2 people one of which must be over 18years old, and one unit such as a tent, campervan or motorhome.
  • Any additional vehicle to a campervan or motorhome is an extra and needs to be reserved prior to arrival (subject to availability).
  • Full payment is required 28 days before arrival. A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required for a touring pitch and £100 for a static caravan. For stays where the cost of the visit is less than the minimum booking then full payment is required at time of booking.
  • We charge for:
    • Additional adults
    • hildren over the age of 5 years
    • Additional vehicles
